Happy Homeowners

We worked with Ross at LGI and had a great experience. It was a very smooth purchase process and no pressure to buy. We chose the home that we wanted and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful neighborhood just far enough out of the city. A huge thanks to Ross and all the guys at LGI!

Thank you Brian and LGI for helping me purchase my new home. I didn't think it was possible but Brian led me in the right direction to be able to purchase my home. We moved in July 27th. I am a single father with an 8-year-old daughter. You all really made my daughter very happy which in turn made me happy. Thank you Brian and LGI.

Jesse was very respectful and attentive with my clients. LGI is very fortunate and should feel very lucky to have a young intelligent man working for them.

My first impression was encountering a very friendly person with unconditional care for my questions and doubts about how to be a first time home buyer for a beautiful house in a privileged place. Mr. Jesse Torres answered many of my questions as a woman with fears and excited to own my own property. He was never too busy for my doubts and had a great personality and from the moment I met him I felt trust and safety. To this moment every time I need help he has the time for me. Thanks so much for my big dream Mr. Jesse Torres and LGI Homes and the whole team.

We dealt with Brian from LGI homes and our home buying experience couldn't have been better. Brian made us feel like family. He sat down with us and listened to everything we wanted and if we had questions, he was there 24-7. No matter the time I called, he answered. He helped with everything (and I'm not the easiest guy to deal with lol) - he was professional and courteous and most of all we made a friend. Me, my wife, and son couldn't have had a more pleasant experience and we got exactly the perfect home for us. I would recommend buying from him to anyone. Thank you for making our first home buying experience a good one.

My husband and I relocated under PCS (Permanent Change of Station) orders to Joint Base San Antonio, TX with the United States Air Force. Upon arrival to this location, we rushed into a rental property due to not being familiar with the area. After several months of paying costly rent, we decided to scout out a home to purchase. We looked online at several properties, but really didn't see much within our price budget along with a decent location. We drove past Luckey Ranch several times, and finally decided one day to stop in to acquire information on their homes.

We were welcomed by Mr. Brian Ducote, who established a professional rapport with us. Mr. Ducote explained to us the history of Luckey Ranch, and provided information on several different home models within our price range. Mr. Ducote drove us around the subdivision, and gave us a tour of the homes. My husband and I fell in love with the Ontario model home, and made the decision to proceed with the purchase. Mr. Ducote advised us that $1,000 earnest money would be required to begin the process of the purchase, but promised that no money would be required after that until the first mortgage payment. This was including ZERO closing costs!

This was extremely advantageous for our situation! The earnest money was deposited, and the purchase process began! Mr. Ducote introduced us to Ms. Brandi Mackey, who initiated the loan process. Ms. Mackey also welcomed us professionally, and explained the paperwork requirements to start the process. All documentation was provided to Ms. Mackey, and she updated us frequently on our home loan status. Mr. Ducote also continued to keep in touch during what could be a stressful situation. The best part of the situation was that there was no stress! This process was by far the smoothest home buying progression I have ever witnessed!

My husband and I were informed that we would be closing on 22 September 2017, and our closing happened on that exact day. Once the paperwork was signed with the loan officer, Mr. Ducote gave us keys to our brand new home and provided instructions on everything involving relocating!

Bottom line... I would recommend purchasing a home in Luckey Ranch to anyone looking to purchase a new home! We are beyond pleased with this company, and we love our new home! Thank you very much!

The experience that we had as first time home buyers was nothing short of extraordinary. We came in with absolutely no idea what was needed to buy a home, but happened to get Brian as our salesman out of luck! He explained everything that needed to be done to get us in a home. The financing department was able to work with our less than favorable stance in the market. When it came to closing, our finance officer made sure to go over everything with us and address all questions. I will always refer friends and family, not just to LGI, but specifically to our Luckey Ranch division because of the wonderful customer service that we received. The people that we were able to work with really made our experience memorable!

When we first arrived at the office of Luckey Ranch LGI Homes, the entire staff was very personable and friendly. As people new to Texas and San Antonio, we felt welcomed not just to the area, but to the community. After introductions and get-to-know-yous, we were given undivided attention as we talked about what is it we wanted in a home and just how much we were willing to spend. We sat down with Brian who sat down and showed us floor plans, and then were taken around the community. He showed us from the beginning to the community, all the awesome features (current and what's to come for the area), all the way to a model we were interested in. We saw just how much the community was involved and how much it's going to grow, all while laughing and enjoying the area! When we got to the model, we got in-depth details about every feature of the house - the floors in each room, the color and style of the cabinets and countertops, the square footage of each room, every detail and more that we could think of!

Once we loved the house, Brian showed us properties that were designated to have the model and when they were scheduled to be ready for us to choose. We found our perfect piece of land! Brian made us feel so special by letting us put the sold sign out front. It was ours!! Back at the office, when it came time for paperwork, Brian went over every detail of the documents explicitly clear so there were no surprises, and we knew exactly what we were doing and what to expect in the upcoming weeks. Even through the stressful, and at times overwhelming process for first-time home buyers, Brian and the staff made it fun and exciting. We were even given "buyers remorse pills" (aka jelly beans) to make us laugh and feel comfortable once all the papers were signed. The following weeks, Kristin was very helpful in helping with all the papers we needed and just how to do everything! She made it easy for us to understand just what papers from the military we needed and the timelines for our closing date. When closing day finally came, we were SO excited! The final papers were clearly lined out and explained once again so we knew all the information was correct which gave us much peace of mind. The big moment of handing over the keys was fun! We took pictures, and were given a wonderful "welcome home" basket that made us feel we were part of the Luckey Ranch LGI community. Now settled in our new home (mostly), we love it here! Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly! The new park is nearby with a beautiful path we love to walk every day with the dog (who also loves it here - especially the pond)! It's quiet, welcoming, and a friendly place we love!
